The web page files are the pages that you see when you login to the FlexWATCH directly. These are the pages that help you navigate around in the FlexWATCH and show the live video. The web pages can be upgraded as the manufacturer writes new pages to fix bugs or implement new features. It is recommeded to upgrade BOTH web page and firmware together.
